Did you know that Real Estate Agents have a course they take when dealing with Seniors which gives them a senior designation certificate called SRES? I have just had so much fun putting together a story board for Gloria Paisley who works with Royal Lepage Signature and her clientelle is mostly seniors and empty nesters. Seems that everything today has become extremely specialized and why not dealing with seniors, a growing demographic in which we are all heading. The course allows the agents to understand what to look for, what questions are important to cover, and what other services are available to seniors in order to make thier next move easy and enjoyable rather than something to be feared and feel sad about. After working closely with Gloria I understand why people like working with her. Her ability to really listen and understand her clients desires and requirements is a talent which I find most people lack. There are certain people who are just built to deal with the aging generation beautifully and Gloria is one of those people. One of the things I love about what I do is simply hearing everyones story and then being able to put it together in an exciting way.
