What a fantastic day. Just spoke with a young lady who had a video profile done less than a week ago. She was so excited because she felt empowered after interviewing in our process that she feels very close to having a job. Its what makes what we do feel so wonderful when we know how empowering it is for those who go through the process. Its not about what it does for us as much as it is what it does for you. We know that when you see yourself and you realize how great you really are, you will shine when you enter that interview and you will be able to sell yourself without even trying. I think it is great that not only does a video profile have a practical purpose but it also inspirational. We don't often get an opportunity to reflect on our abilities and successes, but once we do we can readily see that what we have to offer has value and merit.
