Taking away one thing from any speaker made his or her speak worthwhile. Its up to the person to really take it in and utilize what they got. Being a speaker I understand how important your delivery is and using video to see yourself is absolutely better than looking in the mirror, simply because there is the ability to rewatch your moves.
