Whos job is it anyway?

I have seen many people come and go through our offices and the fact is, if someone is intent on finding a job, they do everything within their means to get that job. They realize that investing in themselves must be first. To invest in finding your strengths and being able to bring them forward in an interview is what is required today. When are you going to take the leap into your future with a video resume?

Finding work implies that you have lost work. Perhaps you should lose the word find and simply say, looking for employment

Ah yes, investing in oneself. Seems like times lost with wording like that.
