What should go into your video? All the basic information. Who you are, what you do, what does your company do, where are you, who is your customer, what is your special. Everything of importance. If you are a small business owner, then its important to establish a recognizable brand and the only way you do that is by repitition, repitition, repetition until people know who you are. YOu must let people know all about you. Its funny how many people fight me on this point alone. So now when we do video, we are very clear that the basics get out there first, then the embellishments can be added onto. Lets face it, we are all budget consious these days and so in order to get the best possible result and cover all the bases, we make sure you get the basics out first. AFter that, its a piece of cake to get what your special offers are filmed. I keep going back to basics. The reason is simple. Until you have your foundations set, its too easy to get side tracked. I like our clients to know that the basic work is always the most tedious and the most important. Remember when you made your business plan. You knew what was in your head, yet getting it on paper was another story. So this is the same thing as paper only a different medium. Lets get back to basic planning and then get it on film. AFter its on film, then we can edit it into a great story which is ready for the world to see.
